Sir, i have done my BEngg. Electrical in 2006 and i am fresher, but i want to switch my career towards HR as i am very much interested. I am interested in doing ORACLE apps 11i HRMS. Plz guide me about that whether the opportunities are available for fresher from Engg. field with no speci. in HR

Well you can become a HR! you have start searching jobs with consultansy and since u are also intrested in oracle so you can go for technical HR in some firms.All the best.

Previously I asked few questions and still I am expecting kind advises from you.I am a Post graduate in commerce(M.Com) and working for a MNC In HYD.I want to go for S/W ,in SAP or Oracle.But I am really in dilema to which one do I select and,is my qualification enough? and what is the minimum qualification require for those courses.Is there any companies offer jobs for fresher?. You have a M.Com degree,so my openion is Oracle 11i would be the best fit for you.B'coz it is almost accounting based software and you will learn a bit easy than any other course.Don't take my word as final.Research more on this one.

Dear sir, i got 72% of marks in MCA, but i dont have more then than 60% of marks in SSC,Intermediate,Degree. with this percentages i am not able to apply for the big companies like Infosys,Wipro. What can i do sir. i struggling a lot with this problem. so tell me your opinion.

Hi all,currently I am working as a sr. process execute in an insurance based mnc. Most of the big companies are using Data warehousing .. so you need to do investigation in the country where you are trying jobs.... It's very important for you to learn Oracle ,SQL Server Data bases since most of the companies requires those skills ... Where are you from..... Thank,Jim

I am Sadiq, Working in a BPO which deals with webhosting. I've gained knowledge in webhosting concept. I am a B.Sc., Computer Science graduate. Hi first tell me you are interested in which fieldAnyway.I would suggest you to do a course from an reputed institute.Also try in companies, since you can learn a lot by working somehere than doing yours master's which may consume 3 /2years.Think of master's only if , you see no way ahead.bye

Ganesh your question is not clear. Do you want to know whether hardware like networking field have good job opportunities.I would say yes but go on with certification exams like CCNA and pass all levels in that.If you put your question more briefly I would guide you more on this.
