Sir, i have done my BEngg. Electrical in 2006 and i am fresher, but i want to switch my career towards HR as i am very much interested. I am interested in doing ORACLE apps 11i HRMS. Plz guide me about that whether the opportunities are available for fresher from Engg. field with no speci. in HR

well you can become a HR! you have start searching jobs with consultansy and since u are also intrested in oracle so you can go for technical HR in some firms.All the best.
