Hi all, I would like to shift to IT Field,Please send me you're opinions or suggestions looking at below details:My educational qualifications are:B.A,MBA(Marketing),M.A(Economics)My work exprience is:worked as Bank Officer for 3 years for Co-Operative Bankworking as Bank Manager since 5 years for Co-Operative BankIT Knowledge:Hands on exprience on the Banking software used in my Bank. Even I am on the same verge I am also BA, MBA(Finance), I want to do testing tools and shift to IT, though I dont have IT Degree, I have oracle , oracle financials , java courses done, but as I don't have real time expereince I am unable to shift to IT. To shift to IT you need to show solid confidence, experience ..... If you can manage then you can proceed with your plans.
