I am working in tech Mahindra in black box testing since 8 months, my job profile is not innovative & does not contain onsite opportunities too.i want to do good something innovative work no matter in testing, please advise its better to switch job or .......as this is my first job .........also does automation testing contain less onsite work compared to manual testing coz i am in automation testing & feel so. .....kindly advice....sunilvg@techmahindra.comthanks

Hi sunil,You can switch to work as developer, as to become a good tester you must be passionate for same. so better u change.....................

Hi Sunil,

Opportunity to work onsite is equal in both as a developer and tester. Thing is you need to work towards quality as a tester and also need positive and negative approach to test application. don't aim onsite work, first you try to learn things and take time to get experience. Gradualy you will be able to put some innovative work in your job than definetly onsite opportunity will Knock your door.
