Multivalue error will occur when more than one row comes for one cell. to avoid this issue you have to use Min(), or Max() as per your requirement.Syntax error will occur when available improper formula used in the report.  so you have to correct it first.

I feel you are getting confused with Cascading LOVs and Cascading Prompts.In Business Objects XI, we have Nested Prompts (which you might call cascading prompts). And this is since 6.x version and there is no change in that.From XI, they have introduced Cascading LOVs concept.

Yes it is possible to achieve this by using a merge dimension concept. Create 2 different queries for both the data providers and then create a merge dimension on a common dimension, and then create a single report .

Two ways of saving the report

1.save to my computer there you can save in what ever format u want(pdf,excel..etc)

2.after exporting the report we need to schedule the report there we can select the options(pdf,excel,webi,email,file location...)

Hi, Yes you are correct. We can use multiple different data resources as dataprovider for deski whereas it is not possible in Webi(BOXI R2). but it is possible in BOXI R3 this is an advantage of this version.-Sridhar Subramani.
