In webi richclient, create two queries and you have an option called combined query by which you can combine two queries. You can also apply UNION INTERSECTION AND MINUS to these quires and run query to generate report.

If you are using same dimension from different table like Year dimension will use in all the rate tables.

At that time will Combine(merge) all the dimensions in to one dimension.

It is a common dimension there in two queries. The basic use of merge dimension is to create a common block with the help of two or more data providers.
steps: 1. Create a report with two queries.
2. Make sure both the queries must have atlease one common dimension as well as same level of data.
3. Go to merge dimension.
4. If it is not merged, select common dimension from both the queries and click on merge.
6. click on ok.
6. Go to templates--> drag and drop verticle table into structure pane.
7. Go to data ta-->drag and drop common field into structure pane.

I think the above answer will help you out. If not let me know.

Thanks,
Phani

so, here in this case two different classes within a data provider -- > go with combined query
prerequisite : corresponding number of objects should be same and data types should be same.
if you want do the combine two different classes within multiple data providers --> go with merge dimensions.
prerequisite : should have a common column with same data type
