If there are regular accidents at work then the work environment has to be evaluated to determine long term solutions.

It is always better to have common standard symbols..
Notice in Red, Yellow & Green providing safety guidelines with action to be performed.

It would also make sense to  mark certain area's as hazardous/accident zones
