Technology which is useful for resolving the current issue has to be identified correctly. until and unless we effectively use the technology we cannot use the same for resolving. Eg: Quality center , it has many facilities. It can be used for Bug tracking, creating reports for the test execution and others. it can be used to track the teams performance also.

Thinking innovativly for the effective use of any tool or technology is entirely based on the persons needs and hisher knowledge.
