I m working on SQL, Oracle 10g and I have beginners knowledge of Oracle. I generate reports using SQL, Forms and handle some kind of MIS using MS-OFFICE .and also maintain the database and make changes in software according to users requirement I observed i m not so expert in programming and if i want to do any other course/training i have to leave the present job as where i work is a remote place...

Hi! Suresh it would be better if u had mention ur education back ground years of exprience u have. my  advice for u is for is shift to IT field because it is vast and open for all who can learn and u are willing to learn Oracle DBA so u can get jobs in administration.All the Best!

hi c ofcourse there are too many jobs in .net nowadays.But the quesion is which platform u r comfortable with.Its coz its u who have to work,so choose which u like the most.Ofcourse if u r good then ther are many many jobs in java too!

Hi first tell me you are interested in which fieldAnyway.I would suggest you to do a course from an reputed institute.Also try in companies, since you can learn a lot by working somehere than doing yours master's which may consume 3 /2years.Think of master's only if , you see no way ahead.bye

You can become a business analyst, but you need to lean few concepts and posses some skills. You can learn SAP or Peoplesoft HR module. that will help you get jobs and slowly you can transition to Business analysis.
