Hi all,When we find a bug, we'll enter the bug in bug tracking tool or Excel sheet. In that we clearly mention on which build we found the bug, In which module we found the bug, and who found the bug, when did we find the bug. Generally, one tester works on one module only. Anyway, it depends on the project too. If the project is small one he can work on more than on module. CheersDileep Kumar.G

As the project is delivered for testing as module/parts(if it is big application) or whole application(small)
The build which we get for testing will be made as build number and version number.
The bug found in that build report by own tracking tool or excel or word document is mentioned in these document.
If you have any autmation bug tracking tool we have to just configure it to get every build which version it is.
Even in the development enviroment if they are using vss or clearcase that will also take care of versioning and we get that particular build mentioning testing of that verision build.
