1/3 of the contents is evaporated on day 1 and remaining part is 2/3

so 3/4(2/3) is 1/2 so amount left by the end of day2 is 50%

Let the content be X.1/3 of the content evaporated. 1/3 (X). The remaining content is X-1/3 (X)=2/3 (X).3/4 of the remaing content evaporated. 3/4(2/3 (X))=1/2(X).So the remainig content is 50%.
