difference btwn 3 and 10 =7;

difference btwn 3 and 12 =9;

difference btwn 3 and 8 =5;(answer )

Totally 8 terms

let number of of terms=n=8

add 1st term + n==19 ie)3+16

add2nd term + n-1==19 ie)10+9

add 3 rd term + n-2 ==19 ie)7+12

so 8+?=19

ie)11
