1. we use virtual obj wizard..only if the object is not the standard obj as mentioned in readme.txt file. you cannot use VOW for everything

2. you may have relearn the submit button properties and update where ever Ok button is used before you start regression. if not winrunner will throw error

If you have the winrunner installed, try to automate the FileTopia, Shareza, kazzaplus these are all Peer to Peer applications, you will come across lot of Bit map can not be reconize by winrunner, which you can map as virtual objects using winrunner.
