How to Do a Smoke test with Winrunner ? Can any one give me some details?

WR is used for regression testing..Smoke testing is thecase where you execute the any testcase to test the stability of the application.

we  do  sanity  test  before starting execution on  a  new  build..  before  going  to  run  the  whole  test  set  we  will  try  with  one  or two scripts  ..  if  the  scripts  working  perfect  then  its  okay  ..  if  not  (unable  to run  scripts  due  application problems or  environment  problems  )  we  just  abort  testing .
