In tools if you go to the list columns there is a column called Show in List if you made that true that field won't get displayed.

No, now manager M1 will not be able to see records which S1 have created because his manager have changed from M1 to M2. so, ideally speaking M2 can see records created by S1.

Records created by S1 should not be visible to M1 (after reporting head changes to M2) because, in Manager's view, while fetching records in this view, the system will first refer to S_PARTY table...

MVG relation must 1:m-> pk and Fk relation, must 1 child refer to parent, Prent Applet stores the child BC Information,Association Applet: relation M:M >two child BC, So Specify the 2 fk, 2 fk means take intersection table of two BC's

Search specification of BC will be applied first.
on the filtered records, applet search specification will be applied.
basically both the search specification will be ANDED

It Appends... not override !!
You would get a finer filter for the applet (BC search spec + Applet search spec)..

And Yeah, you must not define the same search spec on both BC and Applet.. If you did, then duplicate joins may occur in SQL..
