Yes , We can develop reports without using "User Exit" , in this scenario no need define P_CONC_REQUEST_ID also.

In R122 we use to store supplier/customers data in different tables, where as In R12 Oracle has introduced TCA(Trading Community Architecture) which will bring both Supplier/Customer data under one umbrella(TCA).

All the data stored in HZ tables in R12.

On_check_delete_master,on_populate_details are used to check the records whether details are exit or not
