Besides the reusability of a worklet as mentioned above, we can also use a worklet to group related sessions together in a very big workflow.  Suppose, we have to extract a file and then load a fact table, in the workflow we can use one worklet to load/update dimensions.

If ur source is flat file,the pcs reads 1024 bytes perone line.If the line containg the bytes  less than this number to improve session performance u can tune the 'Line sequntial buffer lenth" in session  properties.

HiYou dont need both filter and router to eliminate duplicate rows. One of them should be sufficient. However, use Source Qualifier for better performance.
