I have done a job in government project on a contract base in post office at the post of Team leader, but now i want to get a good job in a company so please tell me about a good course for a good job.

I completed my B.Tech Degree in mechanical 2010 .
My total working exp. is 2.2 years. 7 months in a sugar plant and reaming in a open cast coal mines where i worked as a mechanical engineer and responsible for operation and maintenance of raw material handling plant. Due to some reasons i left this job.
Now i am looking for a new job but in manufacturing companies. Is it possible for me...

Do certification in the tool which you prefer to do job. Netezza is good in market as of now as there is a scarcity of resources in it.

I am 2010 MCA Passout. I have 4 years career Gap after 2010 to 2014.I had attended jobs in 2010-2011 and I am placed then itself in many companies. If you have learned any technologies you can try for MNC jobs on MCA and MSC or else if your interested in any teaching field you can go forward apply for lecture jobs.
