When can i re-apply

I recently faced a technical interview for support engineer in Microsoft for exchange position.
interview started in mid Dec. and continued till Jan 20 in several rounds , but in the last round
I was interviewed by 2 groups- one behavioral interview and other technical , in both rounds I felt I performed miserably and got rejected.
my only question: when can I re-apply for same position as I am good in that field only.
