Advice for finding a job

I completed my B.Tech Degree in mechanical 2010 .
My total working exp. is 2.2 years. 7 months in a sugar plant and reaming in a open cast coal mines where i worked as a mechanical engineer and responsible for operation and maintenance of raw material handling plant. Due to some reasons i left this job.
Now i am looking for a new job but in manufacturing companies. Is it possible for me to get a job in this manufacturing companies???
if it is possible what can i do for getting a job?????
