Career Gap

I am 2010 MCA Passout. I have 4 years career Gap after 2010 to 2014.I had attended jobs in 2010-2011 and I am placed then itself in many companies. But due to some family issues I couldn`t join any of them. Now I am free to find job bt unable to do due to software updation as well as career Gap especially . Please Suggest me in a proper way .
