Outlook has been configured in two ways like manual configuration, automatic configuration.

in manual configuration you need to give server type like exchange server or pop3 or IMAP or HTTP then you can give the server name & username then its checked in server & showing your profile name.

In automatic configuration, first system must be connected in domain, then you need to login system using your domain user id then its configured automatically while opening outlook.
