Call One Test Variable Value in Action

Variable value present in one test. How can we call and use that value in Action?

We can use one test variable into another test or action using the user defined environmental variable. Create user defined environmental variable in one test and then export that variable into xml file (using export button in the environment tab) and use that xml file in any test or action by associating  it to the test.
