Quality Assurance can be promoted anywhere in Unis or businesses by forming a quality committee with staff participation and commitment to improvement. Raising awareness a can be achieved by using the various mediums

eg: news letters, intranet, posters, benchmarking with other similar facilities, and general communication strategies. By creating a risk register spread sheet and encouraging people to identify risks for the committee to consider on a scale 1 - 10 for action. Be aware of current legislation and policy and procedure practices relevant to the facility.
