Experience comes by doing things. If you are successful in doing things, you get more opportunity to do things in more dignified and rewarding way. You will get to take overall control or charge of, something or someone. You get to deal with something or handle it successfully or competently. To do these things education is not mandatory. But it helps.

In this era of online education, distance education, part-time education, short-term courses, you see many people who carry great academic degrees but with less practical knowledge. To succeed in doing or producing something or to cope with it, what you require is practical knowledge and companies are ready to pay for this. As I was taught in my company's communication training program Espoir Smart Communication through Management Ideas, most CEOs chose right experience over education. Companies can train anybody on anything. But what they need is the right attitude. For example, Infosys technologies, India's IT behemoth selects staff only on attitudes. That is the reason, one must cultivate right attitudes and one's communication skills are the most apparent measure of one's attitude. Content based Instruction is the only way one can develop language and communciation skills. I think the World's No.1 program in content-based instruction (CBI) is Smart English through Success Secrets and Smart English through Movies.
It is your call. I strongly recommend anybody to go out and gain experience - and learn in due course.

Both are of equal importance. Without education you cannot be provided the opportunity to gain experience. When gaining experience further education is the way forward to success and to avoid being stale in the chosen field, we cannot know everything
