Testing Estimation - It is a document that tells how many PDs (person days, i.e. 8 hrs per person) will be required to test any given module and using what testing tools if required. It also gives an idea about total test cases possible for the module to be tested and their complexities.

Test
Plan document will detail about the testing strategy, how many test cases identified, how many iterations will be there in a test cycle. There is no entry or exit criteria as such, being the test lead you need to confirm how many days you will take to test a module with how many resources (with what skill set) etc. etc.
