How can we test a smart card?

I am presently working on smartcard testing
we can test the smart card with various senarios...
Normally we are using GemPC Twin,SCR31XX,Gemplus,usbccid cards
where we can run the semilar test case, and see thw autoifd,fullifd tests wheather those cases passed 100% or not.
