Silktest Objects with same Caption

If two objects have the same caption ,index etc. How can we differentiate them and execute function on them. eg two text box with the same name. how can we differentiate them.

1) The single Window/Frame can have Same Caption, but there is no chance of same Index .
                                    or
2) If Object has same caption/Index, Record that Object by setting BorderLessTable as 1 which identifies the Object in depth.
                                    or
3) Recognize the object by location.
