In a web page how do we get the selected item from the combo box.How to test whether particular item is available in the combo box.

By using "SELECT" keyword you can select the item in combo box and that item takes in to one variable, and that variable compare with that item by using "if" condition. If the item is correct test is pass other wise test is fail
