Hi,

The test condition specifies a brief description abt what ur testing.Normally the test conditons will be written in "If...Then" format. All companies will not follow to write test conditions. They start with testcases once they got Requiremets.

Syntax:If....... Then......

eg: when testing login page

           condition                                                        Expected Result

1. If valid user name and password entered and click OK. Then  Inbox opens

2. If username is enterd with special charcters               Then a popup msg will be displayed.

These comprise the assumptions and facts describing the environment, instrument and sample to be measured. These will include temperature, relative humidity, power, frequency, etc. If a standard is used in other conditions, eg at a different voltage or temperature or power, then the temperature coefficient or power coefficient or voltage coefficient or other variation may be used to predict the value of the quality under the nonstandard conditions.

Test conditions are   the status of the application before and after testing i.e.  The post condition and pre condition which appear in the test case

Test condition is identified from Test scenarios.
A scenario may have one or more test conditoins. In other words it's a similar set of steps followed by top-down approach in a sequence  to perform a certain task.
