Can we use the function lr_load_dll in a web vuser script? if we can , how? please give an example

lr_load_dll is used to load functions defined in an external DLL.If you want the DLL function to be loaded locally use this function.So this function is available only to that particular Vuser. The main function of this function is this but I do not have any idea whether it is used in web Vuser script or not.
