DML- data manipulation language(insert,delete,update)when u perform such type of trasaction at thate time trigger is execute.and that trigger is called DML Trigger.

The trigger followed by a DML Operation is called dml triggers.

Here the constraint is table used by the DML operation cant be used by trigger.Voiding this will to runtime error.
