Yes i think i am a self starter.I think it is a hidden quality that almost everybody has but people use it out of necessity rather than using it regularly.i use it regularly rather than using it out of necessity.i think if you are a self starter then half ofthe battle is won as starting is the most dufficult thing.once started things get completed.

You got a quick feedback from Narender on your answer. If a reader is confused (after reading your answer), imagine the plight of an interviewer who has only one opportunity to listen to your response. So, make some changes to your answer. I was impressed with your powerful opening - "...hidden quality that almost everybody has but people use it out of necessity.." - this is so true! But I was quickly lost. Do not your the word "think" just straight ahead say - Yes, I am a self-starter.
