Hi,

Hearty Greets! There is nothing as such you need to provide the certificate of excellence in Testing acquiring the knowledge of Manual testing and Automation Tools. But you will be highly appreciated once you acquire a certificate in testing through QAI like CSTE, CSPM Etc for this you require to take an Extreme pain to get this. All the Best.

 Thanks!! Illur Iqbal..New Delhi

Hi Shankar

There is no need to do any certification course, but if u need to add value to your work experience and aim for getting placed in good company then you can surely go ahead for CSTE, CSPM certification courses, but you need to take up the pain for completing it.

Thanks and Regards

If your concepts for the testing is strong, the company will see before hiring you for the job that the knowledge and one thing, if the requirement that is client is that they requrie the Certified tester for their project.  Then company also need to hire the same.  The certification in the subject will be added advantage for the job but it is not compulsary.
Certification is the proof that the person is expert in the subject.
Ultimately if you have the knowledge about the testing then you can appear for the certification.
