i think winrunner couldn't recognise the color unless we specify the color in the script. this should bre done manually

Whenever Winrunner record a script a collection of objects are identified by GUI map file i.e. all the attributes and its associated values will be recorded in GUI map file. Therefore when if you change the color of desktop screen or wallpaper or object to be used in script, it will not identify it since value of attributes are not matching.
