I would like to meet the HR person \ Person conducting Induction and ask for

?        A brief company introduction

?        Ask for formal introduction to my would be colleagues.

?        Also a brief intro to the company culture ? rules and regulations ? dos and don?ts.

?        Next I would like to be made aware of the company hierarchy structure.

?        Once this is done I would like to sit with the development teams and understand the current projects ? and their priorities.

?        What are the current tools in use, what is the area of domain expertise that I would have to imbibe \ learn etc. ( If any) or where I can start contributing directly.

After this I would like to be made aware of my specific job responsibilities, whom I would be reporting to, people with whom I would be working immediately.
