In UAT phase, Yes tester do work with customers. As a matter of fact. Testers acts as a representative of customers through the life cycle of a product to ensure quality.UAT = User Acceptance Testing

Tester's are just like customers.At the end phase of testing (Acceptance testing) is completed tester's can accept or reject the application/Product based on the requirements ( Customer's Accept/ reject the application/Product depends upon their requirements).

"Google" Web page title is misspelled as "Gogle".Its a candidate for high priority and low severity.Where misspelled word is not going to affect the functionality of google anyways.However people will not recognise the web site as google. which is not good in terms of business.

As far as i know Spiral testing is not any kind of testing but it is a software dovelopment models for high risk prone projects.Whereas structural testing is white box testing method.

Sprial testing is done for high risk application and in every phase customer or stakeholders accept and verifys the application, and only then it goes to next phase.structural testing is nothing but white box testing, which tests the internal of the code in the application.
