Apart from the SRS Documents, other inputs for the Test Plan is FRS,BRS, Functional Design, Mockup screens etc..

You will also need the Functional Specifications, Tech Design Documents, Data Dictionary depending on the requirements which you are preparing the Test Plan for!

The best approach to this scenario where there are no requirement documents of any types,to make sure that the functionality that is being tested is correct or not,would be to get interactive with the business people or the developers who are developing the code or the Business Analyst.
