I think you should be able to implement it yourself. If you want to check if some image exists in the screen, you may try just sikuli. (Selenium: no)

In such cases mostly there will be index attribute that will associated with the checkbox. Recorder will record using that. Or they can also be identified using the parent table ID and then using column numbers

You can use various tools perl, vbscript, etc... and design your own suite how u want.... as far as java is concerned you have specific automation package for java you need to install that in order to create automation in Java.
