As Per my understanding,  1 : May be ur Object Indentification Setting, bec of added two times, 2 : Frame, Page may be different While Capture the Objects,  so that added two times

You need to access the database where the holiday details are stored.From current date increment by one. Check if the date is present in the holiday list.If yes keep the business date counter same.Else if no increment the business date counter. Repeat for the no of business date req.

Per Action Repository is specific to only one QTP script.While Shared Repository can be used in which ever Script desired. Just that whenever any modification is done in the Shared OR, it should again be saved otherwise it will not be effected when used later.

 QTP 9.0 come along with slient test runner tool which will not open QTP if u run the script. But I guess you can run only single script at a time and not in batches...

A1) its not possible as you recorded the session through your application onlywhile running by default it open that application.A2) QTP is not performance tool where you can increase the load its fuctionality tool ( even for one tool two user cant access in diff host )

hai,once urecorded script in per action mode, after that u want to change the object repository to shared.it is not possible.u have to do from scratch.once u opened the qtp u have to select sharedd.

Using GetROProperty get text from the object store it in variable and get text from the excel store it in one variable.  Use Trim method to those variables and try to compare those two variables.
