1. I don't want my application to open when while running the scripts. is it possible through QTP like that?2. Is it possible to make 100 users login at the same time to check load through QTP?

A1) its not possible as you recorded the session through your application only

while running by default it open that application.

A2) QTP is not performance tool where you can increase the load

 its fuctionality tool ( even for one tool two user cant access in diff host )

 QTP 9.0 come along with slient test runner tool which will not open QTP if u run the script. But I guess you can run only single script at a time and not in batches...
