Internal table is work area which is temporarly created and specfic to the program but structure can be combination of one or more table which when created is stored on the database and can be reused

Everybidy talks about internal temporary table and databases.A Database is composed is composed by many tables. You cant talk that you get records for a temp table (usually inmemory) with a database, you have to compare it with a physicall table in the databasebye

Work process is a part of application server. Work flow handles the commit and roll back. Commit maintains the user information like log in details. Roll area maintains the authorization of the user to access the program.
