If ypu are creating a Tcode for a Report, In the attributes of the Tcode the Report name will come automatically atonce u saved the Tcode, Tables and Views also came as Reports if u create Tcode for them.

NO. TRANSPARENT TABLE DO EXIST WITH THE SAME STRUCTURE BOTH IN THE DICTIONARY AS WELL AS IN THE DATABASE,EXACTLY WITH THE SAME DATA AND FIELDS.
