Client dependent tables have MANDT as its first field and the data type of MANDT is CLNT..In Order to create a client independent table, do not mention the MANDT in the first field of the table.

Don't cross the total size of each record to 255 charactersmaximum we can have 216 fields in a tableand max 16 key fields.hope this may help you.

Custom table: In the Table Maintenance Generator Authorization groups can be
added.
Custom program: Authority-Check can be used.
Custom transaction code: Use SU24 to assign authority objects.

Use SE11 & there is copy(ctrl+f5) button is available after copy activate the Ztable, it's simple to copy a database table, but note that if in database table maintenance generator is available then you have to define your maintenance generator in your copied Ztable.Cheers!

The disadvantage in ALV is the output layout. It is always in tabular format.In classical reports we can format the layout but it has far more restrictions than ALV. Based on the requirement the same should be chosen.RegardsSagar

We can create a DATAELEMENT with push button entry..but for that we need a already created field with both DATAELEMENT & DOMAIN....which may be the PRIMARY KEY for the table. So one field must be there with PRIMARY KEY.

Yes, we can create a data element without domain. This is possible by creating data elements with reference to the predefined data types. Alternately, we can opt for the BUILT IN TYPE found beneath the domain at the time of the creation of the data element.Thanks,Lavanya

Yes possbile to create dataelement witout domain using Build in type and predefined type in the domain level creation opitons.domain: It describe the technical attrubutes like char or int or flotdata element: it is semantic description of the field label.Regards,Sankaran
