How can we password protect a folder in Win XP?

If i use the first option i am not getting the sharing tab

My OS is Windows XP
it s a multi usable desktop with 4- 5 users in it,

and more ever it says admin password is required ..please suggest me how can i bypass all the thing and protect my folder

Multitasking can be achieved by Time sharing operating system. In time sharing O/S CPU time is divided into fixed small time slices and each task given this fixed duration of time. It uses the Round Robin scheduling algorithm.
