Go to spool and in the command prompt give owner  '@XXXX' and pre * then you will able to see all the job status for the user XXXX. where XXXX is the mainframe id of other person.

But.. if  and only that person mention your id in their program(NOTIFY=&UR ID)... you can view the status of  that person 's job otherwise you can't .. i think it may be right...
