First comes the developer that developes the software/module from requirement analysis, design the solution,code it and then test the same.Second is the programmer that comes next to Developer. A programmer job is to write the code for the software/module that was designed by the designer

The most frustrating thing of all is not doing your work when supposed to do and instead just taking things easily.And to cope up with it i try to complete at least my work asassigned or else if i am not able to do it on time ,i at least give it a sincere try.
