I think u r using old versionof Informatica it seems!!   right, if u install advanced version of Informatica (frm 6.0 onwards) then u will definitely solve ur problem,y bcz these all versions al supports 2 REPOSITORIES not like in 5.1(old version).try it!!! GOOD LUCK!!

HiYou dont need both filter and router to eliminate duplicate rows. One of them should be sufficient. However, use Source Qualifier for better performance.

Nayana,You need to create input port to take the input in_customer_id then from your source flow i.e. from the expression you can call the unconnected lookup :LKP.lkp_customer(customer_id) then in unconnected lookup condition you can put the condition like in_customer_id=customer_id

When Data driven option is selected in session properties it the code will consider the update strategy (DD_UPDATE,DD_INSERT,DD_DELETE,DD_REJECT) used in the mapping and not the options selected in the session properties.
