what is local repository?
what is global and
what is standalone repository?

There are two types of repositories. one is Local repository and other one is Global repository.Local repository means you can share the data between the folders resdies ony that particular repository. But, Global repository means you can share the data between different folders and different repositores exisiting in the global repository.
