Design a trap to a file or table by the use of a filter transformation or a router transformation. Router works well for this.

correction the rejected data and send to target relational tables using loadorder utility. Find out the rejected data by using column indicatior and row indicator.

NO. Informatica is not at all concern with back end data base.It displays u all the information that is to be stored in repository.If want to reflect back end changes to informatica screens, again u have to import from back end to informatica by valid connection.And u have to replace the existing files with imported files.

If we  use same sequence generator for multiple times to load the data at same time there will be DEAD LLOCK occurs.To avoid  Dead locks we dont use same sequence generator

if u use order by clause in the lookup it improves the performance. because system generated order by consists all the lookup ports in the orderby clause. instood use ur own order by clause. so that the input data can be sorted by the way u likeex. order by deptno--

we do. we have to update or insert a row in the target depending upon the data from the sources. so inorder to split the rows either to update or insert into the target table we use the lookup transformation in reference to target table and compared with source table.

Hi Bharati,for the answer to your question, take 2 targetswith same instances T1 and T2.Lets say in T1 new records are populated.the records in T2 are checked for updation and populated accordingly.Then we can set the target load plan for updation to happen before insertion.

The aggregator stores data in the aggregate cache until it completes aggregate calculations.When u run a session that uses an aggregator transformation,the informatica server creates index and data caches in memory to process the transformation.If the informatica server requires more space,it stores overflow values in cache files.

Aggregate cache contains data values while aggregate calculations are being performed. Aggregate cache is made up of index cache and data cache. Index cache contains group values and data cache consists of row values.
